Philip's creative total body sculpting program... the ultimate conditioning program combining cardio with 3-5 lb hand weights to build strength and endurance while burning lots of calories with non-stop energetic circuits. Philip will challenge you with his creative segments of squats and lunges and his plyometric segment will raise your metabolism to reveal a leaner, stronger and more defined physique. Then the 9-12 lb 'Body Bar' is used for creative combinations of upper and lower body movements that will definatly challenge your strength and endurance!
Philip's signature workshop is packed with non-stop choreography that is user
friendly and easy to teach. Learn how to take your participants
into their 'comfort zone' by breaking down simple basic moves and
adding some rhythmic changes, directional changes and intensity.
You choose your 'zone'. If you want basic, intermediate or advanced,
just think logically. Then when you are done learning the routines
you will put them together in a 'sandwich' format starting with
the first 32 count right leg leading the second 32 count on the
left, third right, third left, second right ending with the first
on the left...confused?

simple and logical to teach. You'll pick up Xtra tips for choreography

at the clock while taking a sculpting class? Well, Philip will make
sure that you never look at the time and get bored in his challenging, signature total
body workshop. Utilizing low hand held weights, you will perform
controlled movements that will chisel every inch of your body. Then using the Body Bar you will develop defined tone. Philip's
interval training method really breaks up the balance of this session.
His interesting lower body movements will leave your legs toned and
lean and inspire you to come up with your own methods for a fun packed
sculpt class. Towards the final part of this session he uses the Fit Ball to add more cardio raising you heart rate to the max...Up to 500+ calories can be burnt in the session!
