Thank you for taking an interest in buying the Philip Gray collection. The following is a list of terms and conditions:

ORDERS

* Must have a registered location

* First order minimum $600.00

* Reorder minimum $400.00

PAYMENTS

* New accounts must pay full amount prior to shipping.

* Once established accounts net 20.

* Accounts must pay by company check, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or wire

transfers.

* International accounts must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.

* $30.00 fee on returned or cancelled checks.

* Credit card payments are processed upon ordering.

PRICES

* All prices are subject to change without notification.

* Sales prices are final, no returns.

SHIPPING

* All orders are shipped UPS ground unless customer requires other arrangements.

* Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for completed orders.

* Back orders will be shipped once in stock unless cancelled prior to shipping first order.

SIZE

* All Philip Gray apparel is a "one size fit" unless otherwise stated on the web site, hang tag or  label.

RETURNS

* Returns only accepted if merchandise has manufactured defects.

* Must be returned in excellent conditioned, unused and unsoiled.

* No refund or credit for shipping and handling fees.

* 2BFit International, Inc. do not sell on a consigment basis, all sales must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
